Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. When some people speak, they strike gold. When JB the Hutt speaks, he strikes sewage. You have to provide ID for so many government privileges, but not the most critical of all: voting?
As far as wannbe kings, go, JB the Hutt needs to look in his big fat mirror. JB the Hutt, we remember your dictatorial Coof mandates. Stick to what you’re good at, sit down.
He thinks he is the #Resistance. As an untouchable billionaire who gets what he wants, he believes he can shoot off his mouth without any consequence…but all he’s doing is pushing his name to the top of the list of public officials the federal government needs to make an example of. How much federal funding will Illinois lose? Will he be arrested and go to jail? It’s going to be a long four years…
When I read Pritzker’s comment “the decrees of an aspiring king” I am reminded of Pritzker’s clamping down of the Illinois citizenry during the Covid situation while his family was shuttled to another State to escape his tyrannical decrees…Imagine if he, Pritzker, were President.
Yeah, push back on Pritzgers decrees and prepare to be scraping gravy off of the walls for days after he explodes.
Would somebody please put a sock in this individuals mouth. When I was a teenager I had to provide my drivers license to the election clerk and my name was looked up and verified and physically crossed off a list, why should it be any different now Pritzker, oh that’s right you cannot manipulate mail in ballots and have illegals vote which is a violation of the constitution you know what that is hey Pritzker.
