The Opening Doors program is designed to aid lower-income people of color who have historically faced steeper barriers in their path toward homeownership with $6,000 in forgivable assistance for a down payment and/or closing costs. Originally launched in December 2020, Opening Doors has assisted more than 7,100 homebuyers with $43 million in Rebuild Illinois capital funds.

Soon $8 million will buy all of Chicago, just pay the taxes and the property will be free. As it has no value any longer.

Gals,

Old Joe has got some free advice. Keep your legs crossed until he marries you. If he’s worth his salt you’ll be living in house without any help from Uncle Sugar.

Harsh words? Believe it or not this was de rigeur for the Greatest Generation.

This is DISCRIMINATION, pure and simple.

Any program that depends on an accident of birth like skin color or sex is discriminatory and should be stopped and clawed back.

Believe it or not, there are poor white people.

Who exactly will stop this? Over half the state believes this is morally right. The courts, all the way from the local court house to the supreme court, are as Democrat as can be. The federal government is completely in agreement with this discrimination, and in fact, encourages it. This new equity religion has taken over every aspect of law, culture and society. We are the dinosaurs, and the adherents to this new religion are looking to make us extinct.
