Pritzker says ‘action will be met with a response’ after Trump threatens to send National Guard to Chicago – FOX News

Gov. JB Pritzker said the state "will not stand idly by" if President Donald Trump makes good on his threat to deploy the National Guard to Chicago. "Unlike Donald Trump, we keep our promises," the governor wrote on X. "We will not stand idly by if he decides to send the National Guard to intimidate Chicagoans. Action will be met with a response."

It would be amusing to see Trust Fund get out there and mix it up with the NG, ICE, etc. He’d better bring his security detail and the fawning syncopates he surrounds himself with. More than likely, he’ll show up, bloviate for a minute or two and leave, or do so from the safety of Springrad.
