Laughable at best. The upper echelon of the CPD is composed of politically appointed dolts many of whom have never passed a promotional exam in their careers yet are in command positions. The current superintendent was a gym instructor at the police academy for years and he is/was the best candidate to lead the department? The DNC is going to be a disaster that the whole country/world will see and hopefully will be a giant embarrassment to the democrats and the city of Chicago.
