A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

I could not believe the fair tax vote last year got voted down. What with the voting & election fraud in Chicago. Illinois people from the South will come out in droves to vote the Governor out. Obviously a good alternative candidate would help.
