A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
This absolute gutting of the Right to Conscience Law was so necessary, so vital, that the totalitarians in Springfield delayed its effective date to next Summer. If this was so necessary, these cowards would have made it effective immediately. That would, of course, bring the inevitable blowback. Tyrants disdain blowback, thus this gutting of this law. This wanton act of legal destruction effectively makes the law worthless at the whim of any wannabe tyrant with only the slightest justification for making it so. Who is abusing the law?
Anyone who disagrees with Prickster is abusing the law.
A couple of Plaintiff throughout the state won temporary stays on employer vaccine mandates because of this law. So they changed the law and put out propaganda that asserting your conscience was an “abuse of the law”. Disagree agree with Prickster, and you are abusing the law.
This state is the worst.
