A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Put your money where your mouth is JB! You believe in these people, so hire them into the Pritzker family business. And not in some entry level low wage job either. These youngsters want top dollar and a corner office. Get on it!
Some of us still remember when the prison in Joliet had many, many programs for convicts designed to teach them a useful trade instead of returning them to a life of crime upon release. Farming, shop classes and furniture making were a few of the programs offered with the intention of rehabilitation. But do gooders deemed it slavery and put the kabosh on it.
Jesse Jackson was behind closing the programs as slavery. Give credit where credit is due – Jesse also was behind not identifying the race,of suspects as racist.
