Prosecutors challenge SAFE-T Act eliminating cash bail as thousands sign petition – Daily Herald*

More than 10,000 people have signed an online petition, started by state Sen. Don DeWitte, demanding the repeal of the SAFE-T Act and urging legislators to "write criminal justice reforms that do not jeopardize public safety." 100 county states attorneys out of 102 reject the SAFE T act. In a normal world that would send a message but this is the Peoples Republic of Illinois, a corrupt kingdom run by uber liberal democrats who are hell bent on destroying any sense of responsible governance. Chicago/Cook County run the entire state. Two more democrat officials indicted with more on the way. Chicago/Cook doesn’t run the state. It’s progressives that run the state, many of whom are from Chicago/Cook. They know the SAFE-T Act is unpopular, and deterimental to public safe-t. But like all communists trying to force unpopular agendas upon on unwilling and unwanting populations, they’re going to ultimately resort to violence to force you to accept it.

The legislature will be more blue than ever this Nov. The gerrymandered maps will mostly succeed.

Don’t expect them to do anything.
