LOL the trajectory of the country is to prohibit child genital mutilation, yet regressive IL is looking backwards at truly barbaric and uncivilized practices, and keeping them. The preachers in the south used to say all kinds of crazy things like God wanted slavery to justify their abhorrent morality; but the mood of the country and the world was against them.
