Push to ban stock trading by Congress follows IL rep’s reported violations – Center Square

OpenSecrets reported recently that U.S. Rep. Jonathan Jackson was weeks late in disclosing 31 stock trades made by his wife earlier this year. U.S. Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi joined a bipartisan group of lawmakers this week to introduce a ban on stock trading by members of Congress.
