A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Will not solve the pension-crime-over taxation on everything-excessive property taxes-gerrymandering/political maps-one party rule in Illinois/never enough money for public schools/fake news problems. It will have to run 24/7 to infinity and beyond and finally burn up like a supernova.
