Raoul joins 49 attorneys general in drug price fixing lawsuit – State Journal-Register (Springfield)

The medications account for “billions of dollars” and affect taxpayer-funded programs like Medicaid and Medicare.  The lawsuit claims “rampant” collusion between at least 2009 through early 2016, while price increases grew exponentially in 2013 and 2014.
