Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul and 20 other state attorneys general have filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration over "unconstitutional" attempts to put conditions on USDA funding. The lawsuit asks the court to block the conditions relating to immigration, DEI and gender identity issues.
Another feckless Kwame partisan lawsuit paid for with confiscated taxpayer funds. Good thing Illinois always runs a surplus. Oh…wait…
Wasting confiscated taxpayer funds is ‘the work of (Kwame’s) life’.

He just needs to release the SNAP and Medicaid rolls to get federal funding. Is he trying to cover up IL and giving benefits to illegals? He needs to stop suing and provide the records. Vote him out.

The conditions they say are unconstitutional are actually requirements that the state doesn’t discriminate on the basis of skin color or sexual orientation. So they are fighting to retain illegal and unconstitutional conditions they have put in place.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
