If the US ever gets into another armed conflict this Superintedent can just sit it out. With that type of attitude we’d be waving the white flag in 2 minutes. Oh wait, can I use the term “white flag” anymore, or will that offend some high school freshmen? Oh wait, can I use the term “freshmen” or is freshperson the new requirement? Oh who cares.

No wonder Putin is rattling his saber.
