The Legislative Ethics Commission, a bipartisan group of almost all lawmakers who are appointed by leaders in the state House and Senate, hasn’t been able to reach consensus on whom to recommend to the General Assembly for Pope’s replacement, LEC chairperson Jill Tracy said Thursday.
