This is nothing new… publicly – funded homeless shelters are *always* secretive places, it is their SOP… Up here in Evanston, we’ve got the Margarita Inn, a former boutique hotel in my nabe that was taken over at the start of the Scamdemic and is still operating as a homeless shelter. it’s “managed” by the greedy and corrupt Connections for the Homeless “non – profit”, that absolutely refuses to share any of their operating details with the public.
