Report: Former Chicago alderman made secret recordings of then-Speaker Michael Madigan – WGNTV (Chicago)

Some of the secret recordings reportedly took place at the 2016 Democratic National Convention. According to the Tribune, part of the focus during those conversations involve a Chinatown property, and a deal to build a parking garage. Madigan’s private law firm specializes in real estate transactions.

So it’s been 5 years and they’ve done nothing. Feds ain’t gonna us 5 year old tapes to drag up some old charges. What a waste of time.
