Report: Illinois among states leading the country for personal injury cases – Center Square

Illinois State Rep. Dan Ugaste said this is a red flag for businesses in the state. “It tells businesses they probably don’t want to locate here because if they go to another state it won’t be as burdensome and won’t be as costly,” he said. Illinois is consistently near the top in American Tort Reform Association’s “Judicial Hellhole” list.

Check out Illinois Workman’s compensation insurance rates and they will tell the story of the Illinois personal injury morass. The trial lawyers are predominantly Democrats and well that adds to the story.

The Trial Lawyers Association (TLA) is just another wing of the “pay-to-play” dem shake-down machine. I’m sure the results would be shocking
