Republican eyes run for state’s top office – WMBD (Peoria)

Ted Dabrowski would run to be the Republican Party nominee. The Wirepoints president said the state should be in a better position. “We should be a top five state for economic growth, for jobs, for education and right now we’re losing people,” Dabrowski said. “What I’ve found is it’s become too expensive to live here, there aren’t enough good jobs, and our kids aren’t reading properly. Governor Pritzker has had seven years to fix those things, but they’ve gotten worse under him.”

WP, even if a Republican were elected Illinois governor, could that governor be successful to reduce the tax and fee burden of the residents? Rauner had almost no impact on changing Illinois for the better because of the Dems in office.

Looking forward to his decision. I’m sure all the people on this site that complain non-stop will dig deep and help fund the campaign.

YES!!! Dabrowski for Illinois Governor! He knows Illinois, he knows the issues Illinois faces, and most importantly he knows what needs to be done to get this state back on track. I’m in!
