Testing, tracing and treatment are widely available throughout the state. Either a vaccine is developed to prevent additional spread of COVID-19,

Need to open now. This is directly taken from the IDPH website. “a vaccine is DEVELOPED”. Enough already. The people have been misled the entire time and the slobs in office must be held accountable.
