Restaurant vaccine mandate, indoor mask rules could be rolled back ‘soon’ if COVID cases stay in free fall – Chicago Sun-Times*

“We actually weathered [the Omicron surge] as well or better than most, and it’s because we’ve kept in place a mask requirement not only in schools with adults and kids, but also indoors,”  Gov. JB Pritzker said. “I want to get rid of masks as fast as we can when it is feasible to keep people safe.”

Have not spent a dime in chicago since this began- I will tell you get out and explore restaurants in Lake county friendly and happy to see you. I have been doing more shopping there as well!Forget chicago

Everyone needs to take of the damn masks once and for all. I cannot believe all of the people in the Dupage County Suburbs still wearing masks in public. This only ends when we end it. We will not vote our way out of this. Wake Up people.

What a load of BS. Mask mandates have nothing to do with anything. Masks do nothing. Period. What did the health systems do, change their reporting metrics/definitions once again? Testing? The tests that detect the common cold? Is it really covid in all of these “cases”? Does a positive test really mean a person is sick? Is the test detecting a fragment of some old virus? (These truths are out there for all to learn about). Again with the unvaccinated people…why is it that every person I know lately, who has come down with “covid” has been vaccinated?
