More than a year ago, voters in Wheeling Township approved a new property tax to fund mental health services. But township officials have been refusing to impose taxes for the program, saying the referendum didn’t meet legal requirements – despite a state law that was passed to address those concerns.

With all the talk about mental health services provided by local governments at a huge cost is anyone looking into the essential nutrients needed by the body? Read or skim thru this article or drop down to conclusion. I would add Vit D-probiotics to Magnesium/Omega 3’s/ folate/zinc in this article. Most of the time but not all are simple solutions to help with many health problems but medications are given first but never looked at are the underlying causes. There is a time and place for medications but to be on them forever is not a good quality of life.… Read more »
