POC have been given so many chances, so many opportunities, so much money, so many advantages to move forward in society and have usually failed miserably. Exactly, you can pour all the money into society, but if people do not want to change and become part of society and become somebody and contribute nothing will ever ever change, blame the government for all of the free handouts and stuff, it’s just plain sickening already.
