“It could potentially shut schools down if the school administrators think that based upon his ruling, the kids are at risk and the teachers are at risk. And that could easily mean, ‘Hey listen, we’re going back to remote,'” said Legal Analyst Irv Miller.
Perfect description of education in Illinois. Schools scramble from their own self inflicted fiasco’s! Has anyone witnessed CPS not scrambling?

Several public schools and the Chicago Arch chose to side with the unconstitutional mask mandate and all “protocols” remain in place. When does this stop? Our Catholic schools are siding with tyrants. The judge called it EVIL, and clearly said it was violating civil rights. At what point is the actual point of no return if we don’t say NO now? The kids aren’t at risk and if the adults can’t handle it by this time – please quit. Triple boosted and double masked adults do not need to continue scaring the kids.

A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
