WTF! A retired teacher gets shot and killed on the Dan Ryan by “mutual combatants”, whatever the f that is supposed to be, and there are no charges but this guy gets arrested for shooting a criminal being a criminal?

I’m sure the person shot has no criminal record. He was probably selling vacuum cleaners or encyclopedias door to door.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
