The true enemies of freedom and true enemies of the United States are Democrats. Treasonous enemies of our country. Duckworth, as a former member of the military, is a disgrace to her former uniform and not deserving of any respect.

Total pandering. Just like the rest of the politicians. All are crooks. She’s been in office for years…nothing is better. Why listed to her now?

She cloaks some reasonable ideas in decently written prose… Until she gets to the statement where she declares President Trump requires obedience to those in charge… Gotta be honest, I HAVE NO RECOLLECTION OF TRUMP EVER ASKING ANYONE TO BOW OR DROP TO THE KNEE…

Sadly, all her Op-Ed did was function as a big, ‘ole piece of garbage signal of her lib-prog virtue.

Finally, the hypocrisy of her whole essay is lost as she only supports resistance to conservative ideology, not her ignorant, liberal nonsense.

She’s pandering for the VP slot. I hope she gets it. While I honor her service, she is a bitter, angry jerk, with an unlikable personality. Her TDS is off the charts. And her dumb nickname, President Bonespurs, never quite stuck the way she hoped it would.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
