A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Just as long as he is amongst those who are exempt from doing so.
Of course he will say this knowing the unions have the power to say no and ignore it.
