Shut the Duck up !! What are you doing or have you done about the parking lot issues up till and including today? Stop using ICE as a reason for issues at this VA hospital. You say you personally experienced the problems there in the past yet you turned a blind eye to them and the hundreds of Vets that must use the VA.
