Sheriff Tom Dart: Our law enforcement leaders must condemn political violence – Chicago Tribune*

"...I joined my colleagues from the Illinois Sheriffs’ Association to release a letter signed by every sheriff from our state’s 102 counties decrying political violence in any form.  Our words are direct and straightforward: Violence for any reason is illegal, immoral and anti-American! ... Community leaders must understand the urgency of addressing political violence head on."

Violence is already here and it’s coming from your own government. Your federal government shut down your small businesses while enriching online market places. Your federal government forced you to take a useless & dangerous vaccine for a lab created virus that was released on purpose with the aid of the communist Chinese government. Your federal government rigged a national election with mail in ballots. Your federal government weaponised it’s intelligence agencies to subvert a president’s term in office. Tom Dart is a fool. America came into being due to violence. He is only worried about his own useless skin.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. Audio here.
