Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. Her passion is in the wrong place. Reparations, which is the sons and daughters being punished for the sins of their great-great-great-great grandparents, many of whom came to america after slavery, is morally wrong. This woman likely also believes that fetus is a clump of cells too. She is a morally repugnant person.
With her obvious financial resources why doesn’t she sell them off and donate to proceeds of thesale to the cause she is proclaiming is so great? She is a master degree retired teacher so why doesn’t she give her pension to the black groups? Better yet being she is from Arizona why doesn’t she stay there and solicit her friends and neighbors for her cause instead of traveling elsewhere portraying herself as a pauper and putting her nose into other peoples business?
