Shootings, Homicides in Chicago at Lowest Levels Since 2019: Police – WTTW (Chicago)

There were 55 homicides recorded in the month of May alone, the CPD data shows, which marks a 20 percent decline compared to the same month last year. The number of shootings recorded last month (296) is also down more than 6 percent compared to May 2023.

Only 55 homicides in May? What an accomplishment! If you check the stats at Heyjackass.com you will see these numbers are actually a little low. Of course WTTV is relying on the city for these stats so they should be questioned.

The defunding of PBS and NPR will be a new birth of freedom for US taxpayers. I’ll contribute to WFMT with its classical music and it will survive. The the rest of the woke Pravda Media will justly deserve to die a propaganda fueled death.
