Just anecdotally, I know several people who buy it off the street because it’s less than half the price and it’s the same quality. A relative of mine partakes quite a bit of weed himself and he scoffs at the idea of buying from a legal dispensary when his neighbor sells him the same product for less than half the price and no tax.
