A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

That really is the question – why? Of what benefit is this nonsense to the progressives? Trans/gender problems (if it really even exists) affect a vanishingly small portion of the populace. It would not seem to be much of a voting bloc. But the progressives are pursuing gender ideology as if it were the Holy Grail. Why? Is it simply that they are crazy and evil?
