So that I understand, Brandon, you are suggesting that the people commiting these crimes lack freewill and are unable to control their own actions? They chose to commit a crime because they were compelled by Lori, Rahm, and Richie?

BJ, you are the furthest from a “leader” that ever was elected to public office – only weaker than your leadership ability and your capacity to lie is your intellect. A tree stump has more going on than you my man.

Leaders don’t blame others, they asked for and accepted the job. Blaming others is weak and cowardly. Another single term mayor and the next one will a Democrat and worse.

He’s not a leader, he’s a communist. He is blaming others for your problems, and he’s going to punish those responsible. They made him mayor to punish and hurt those responsible for his voters’ ills.

He ran on the premise that he would be the messiah that could solve all those issues. He had all the answers. He wanted it, so he owns it.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
