Everyone wants a bigger piece of the gambling pie and all they’re doing is making the pie smaller as higher and higher taxes drive gamblers to other sources.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
