My BIL was told he had already voted the past two elections, one primary and one federal, when he went to cast his ballot in IL. Another family member that moved out of state (married, filed the appropriate documents) continues to receive voting cards at their old address. A simple ID would correct this. You need an ID to buy beer, sometimes they are needed at sporting events, but voting in IL – no problem.

Cue the SJW’s crying racism, facism, Nazism, thisism and thatism. Funny how a more carefully monitored, hotly contested national election produced 10M fewer votes overall.

About time! Additionally they need to require the Secretary of State and post office to notify the election board of changes os address to delete registrations from previous addresses. Require funeral homes to notify election board of deaths, just like they notify Social Security.
