JB can do what he wants with enrollment ‘caps’ and ‘on paper’ budget restrictions.

Everyone knows that when these babes-n-children-n-adults-n-seniors require medical attention, no hospital or clinic is going to turn them away because of a ‘cap’ or line item on a budget somewhere.

They’ll get medical attention, and someone will pay for it.

They need to quit giving illegal aliens free dental cosmetic care. Every third Venezuelan I’ve spoken with has braces to correct crooked teeth. This is not a public concern. The average cost of corrective dental courses is 3-7K USD. That’s a lot of money!
