Illinois does not know what cutting taxes means.

FYI: Federal Judge appointed by Trump put a injunction against the Schumer-Pelosi-Biden film-flam of not allowing Federal taxpayer bailout funds be used for tax cuts!!! So Illinois becomes more extreme of an outlier as many states, in particular free and prosperous Red States, will use Biden’s illegally obtained and unwarranted bailout for tax cuts! At least taxpayers in those states will get some of their tax dollars back!

Something I’ve observed first hand. Politicians were basically smarmy high school kids who very early exhibited an aversion to work. They also looked upon people who worked were absolute fools.

One of the first lessons for freshman congressman; never talk to or share confidential information with anyone from Illinois they’re all thieves wearing wires and can’t be trusted.

In Illinois we have a predatory government that exists to feed itself with the citizenry’s hard earned money and to use these funds to pay for their stormtoopers at AFSCME, IFT, SEIU and CTU. Everyone else should just shut up and pay their taxes.

Other people always pay for everyone else’s wages; that’s the way the economy works. I wonder who pays yours, predator.

My neighbor lady, a very nice person, says many interesting things including the following two.
1: Illinois is home of the Democrats that focus on helping the “little person” in life.
2: Using the lottery to fund education has provided Illinois with the greatest schools in the nation.
With voters like her…expect little change to ever happen.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
