Read the Cap Fax comments on this. When unvaccinated BIPOC in the northeast part of the state have disproportionate vax rates, the comments say its because of systemic racism, or bad outreach, and one commenter even said that they can’t afford to take off work after the second shot (Which frequently causes CV symptoms). But when they mention southern IL unvaxxed, its because they are ignornant, hick, stupid, backwards redneck racists, and they better get their act together to stop the spread, by wearing masks! Hahahah These people are such bigots and they don’t even know it.
