Pritzker and Duckworth used $536 million in taxpayer money to entice Chinese battery maker Gotian to build a plant in Illinois while small businesses, paying those taxes, struggle to pay rent. I guess the politicians prefer working with foreign elites over supporting small local entrepreneurs.

Small business have a very hard time surviving. Work 100 a week for 30 years and lose your business with nothing to show for all of your efforts. That is a story that is told over and over again.
