‘Systemic Deficiencies’ Allowed Sex Abuse to Persist Within CPS: Report – WTTW

Comment: We wrote earlier that, while the human aspect of this tragedy is paramount, the financial liability of CPS is also a major concern. This new report certainly appears to significantly increase the likelihood that CPS will face massive liabilities. We will write again on that soon.

Amazingly Jadine Chou-Chief of Safety & Security @ CPS and all her crew all still have there jobs and weren’t fired on the spot when the trib first stories came out months ago–unbelievably sickening.
