At the end of which I’ve decided that a short summary would be that the author’s have proved that Black people are leaving Chicago because Illinois Dem’s-n-unions-n-pols-n-Blacks got all the taxes-n-laws-n-courts-n-schools-n-regulations they said they wanted (for 60+ years) to make Black people’s lives better, but that in the end those things actually made Black people’s lives much worse, and they left for other states that did different stuff.

I’d be interested in reading why the person who made the “down vote” thinks that I’m wrong about what this article and the other links included in it tells us.
Yet, in their new home, they will engage in the same destructive voting patterns that wrecked Illinois.
