A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
While Illinois children are being taught to be stupid, particularly those trapped in the states public school systems, the mere fact that other states are teaching History and Civics does not mean that their children are any better off.
