Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. GFZ’s force people to leave their firearms in their vehicle.
Sounds to me like 7 out of eight car owners doubt CPD’s ability to stop any kind of criminal activity against them. I could be wrong. Perhaps those guns were just bored and took themselves out for a joy ride. Stop Gun joy riding.
I don’t own a gun, but if I did, the last place I would leave it is in my parked car in Chicago!
