A quick look at the numbers of how many felons that would’ve previously been held in custody committing more crimes while on electronic devices, awaiting trial at home ( for which they get x2 credit should they be sentenced while coming and going freely ) and basically disregarding all the rule of release show us that the Safe T act is yet another miserable IL failure.
