U.S. Representative Jesus “Chuy” Garcia voted against a bill that would deport foreign nationals convicted of domestic violence and sex offenses, then introduced legislation that would give immigrants a path to U.S. citizenship.

Garcia is the third head of the dog ( along with Ducksworth and Durbin ) that occasionally rouses out of its well fed slumber to cause problems and then back to its mostly innate state of existence.
