This fellow is my current U.S. Congressman. Like Durbin, he pays lip service to local issues when back home, but in Washington he reliably votes Party first. Although, he is more awake than the last guy Rev. Bobby Rush!

Sean trying to walk the tightrope. Silence is being called out, so he has to say something. So let’s see, I know, why not say there needs to be a cease fire, but…..with accountability! This should make nobody happy Sean. Well done!

Accountability? How about some from you and your fellow congressional cretins? May I remind you that there was a cease fire on October 6th? There was, Sean. One side went to bed that night with murderous hatred consuming them, while their ‘leaders’ lavished themselves with a sultan’s lifestyle and fanned the flames of their hate.

No, Sean. No more aid to Gaza to be looted by Hamas’ leadership.

Not one dime more.

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
