"Basically, we've taken the state that's well situated and was an economic leader and turned it into an under-performer. We just continuously shoot ourselves in the foot by regulating and passing laws that are anti-business, actually anti-growth," state Rep. Dan Ugaste said.
Re WVLI this morning, the latest report shows the highest unemployment in the state to be in Danville at 7.9% and the lowest in Springfield at 5.3 %, presumably in cities with a large enough population to count. Nice to see how JB and the rest of the Dem crew is putting America to work.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
