This is horrible. To an outsider looking in, this is forcing professors to commit to left-wing Democrat ideology. Just like the communists in Russia and today in China required all university employees to commit in writing to the ideology of the communist party. One would think that professors would be abhorred by this requirement – but they are not, because they support this. This is what they want. They are no different than the communist party.
