University of Illinois Chicago wants to ban the word ‘obesity’ because focusing on body size is ‘rooted in racism’ – Daily Mail

Amanda Montgomery, RD, wrote that public health's focus on preventing obesity has brought an increase of negative attitudes at people with larger bodies. The brief adds that although nutrition and exercise are important, racism within the food environment is also a cause of obesity among minorities.

So now Obesity = BIPOC Fat? Give me a break. Instead of worrying about hurting feelings with words, fix the actual problem.

Middle-aged white guy here… And, I technically fall into the obese category. Hmmm. Does that make me a minority?

IDK, it used to be a solid state university of mostly blue collar kids going on to form a lot of businesses in this city. Some time in the 90s they decided they needed to be a “cool” university and started hiring whackos, militants and freaks to try and out lib coastal uni’s. Recall that they hired terrorist Bill Ayers, with our tax money mind you. Personally I think all the state uni’s got taken over from within and a great purge is needed and welcome.

as crime goes throught the roof, stock markets crashing into recession today, etc..this is what the out of touch state university types with their guaranteed deals have to worry about??

I tend to be a cynical fatalist. I’m more worried about UFOs! It’s the new mid term scam for November; Mars Attacks! Martial law. UI looking for victims to exploit. They want to recruit the largest possible. Tuition won’t be based on credit hours but weight. Git them big ladies$

Thin white person blames obesity on racism, ignoring the fact that there are thin minorities and fat white people. This sounds like a Babylon Bee article.
The left is just totally exhausted and out of ideas. However, stupid stuff like this is really valuable and needs to be publicized, as it slowly starts to discredit all leftist ideas and helps people who are not political realize these people are insane.
